Located on the former site of the Embarcadero Freeway, the new development at 850 Front Street offers affordable housing for families in San Francisco's Northeast Waterfront Historic District.
Broadway Cove, situated along the Embarcadero and adjacent to the historic Telegraph Hill neighborhood, includes 125 affordable family units, providing vital housing to help prevent displacement of the city’s vulnerable residents. The ground floor features community and commercial spaces, a YMCA childcare center, live-work flats, and a public mid-block passage designed to serve and enhance the surrounding neighborhood. The project is certified GreenPoint Rated Platinum.
